Any foreign tourist group consisting of two or more individuals, which is organized and received by a travel agency registered in China, may enter China without a visa by a cruise ship via one of the cruise ports in the following l3 cities: Beihai (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region), Dalian (Liaoning Province), Guangzhou (Guangdong Province),Haikou (Hainan Province), Lianyungang (Jiangsu Province), Qingdao(Shandong Province), Sanya (Hainan Province), Shanghai, Shenzhen(Guangdong Province), Tianjin, Wenzhou (Zhejiang Province), Xiamen (FujianProvince) and Zhoushan (Zhejiang Province). All eligible foreign tourist groups shall continue their journey to the following scheduled ports and depart China with the same cruise ship as scheduled, The tourists concerned may stay in Beijing and 1l coastal provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government (namely Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi,Hainan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shandong, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Zhejiang)for a maximum of 15 days.

凡由两名或以上人员组成的外国旅游团，若由在中国注册的旅行社组织接待，可经以下13个城市的邮轮港口之一，通过邮轮免签入境中国：北海（广西壮族自治区）、大连（辽宁省）、广州（广东省）、海口（海南省）、连云港（江苏省）、青岛（山东省）、三亚（海南省）、上海、深圳（广东省）、天津、温州（浙江省）、厦门（福建省）及舟山（浙江省）。所有符合条件的外国旅游团须按原定行程前往下列指定港口，并搭乘原定邮轮离境。相关游客可在北京及11个沿海省份、自治区和直辖市（即福建、广东、广西、海南、河北、江苏、辽宁、山东、上海、天津和浙江）停留最长15天。

Any tourist group (consisting of two or more individuals holding ordinary passports) from a member state of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) may enter and exit China through Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport, Mohan Railway Port, and Mohan Highway Port visa-free, provided that the tourist group is organized and received by a travel agency registered in China, The tourists concerned shall enter and leave China as part of their tourist group, and can stay within the administrative region of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture for a maximum of 6 days.The ASEAN member states include Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos.Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand,Vietnam and Timor-Leste (as of November 2025).

凡来自东南亚国家联盟（东盟）成员国的旅游团（由两名或以上持有普通护照的人员组成），若由在中国注册的旅行社组织接待，均可通过西双版纳加沙国际机场、莫汉铁路口岸及莫汉公路口岸免签入境或出境。相关游客须以旅游团成员身份进出中国，且在西双版纳傣族自治州行政区域内停留时间不得超过6天。东盟成员国包括文莱、柬埔寨、印度尼西亚、老挝、马来西亚、缅甸、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国、越南及东帝汶（截至2025年11月）。
