Little Bear and the Honey

小熊和蜂蜜

Once there was a little brown bear who lived in the woods.

从前，森林里住着一只小棕熊。

One fine summer morning he went for a walk.

一个晴朗的夏日早晨，他去散步。

He wanted to see what he could find in the big woods.

他想看看在大树林里能找到什么。

As he went along, he thought, "Oh, my, how hungry I am!

它一边走一边想:“天哪，我好饿啊!

I wish I could find something to eat.

我希望我能找到些东西吃。

I wish I could find something good.

我希望我能找到好吃的。

I wish I could find some honey.

我希望我能找到蜂蜜。

All at once, Little Bear stopped and began to sniff.

突然，小熊停下来，开始嗅。

Sniff, sniff, sniff he went.

嗅，嗅，嗅，他说。

Oh,oh!" said Little Bear.

哦，哦!”小熊说。

I smell something good.

我闻到好东西。

It smells like honey.

闻起来像蜂蜜。

It must be honey.

一定是蜂蜜。

It must be up in that tree. I will see.

它一定在那棵树上。我会看到的。

Little Brown Bear began to climb up the big tree.

小棕熊开始爬上那棵大树。

Up, up, up he went.

向上，向上，向上。

At last he came to a dark hole in the tree.

最后，他来到了树上的一个黑洞前。

Sniff, sniff went his black nose.

嗅，嗅他的黑鼻子。

"Oh, oh, oh!" said Little Bear.“

哦，哦，哦!”小熊说。

"How good it smells! It is honey."

“好香啊!”这是蜂蜜。”

Little Bear put his brown head into the dark hole.

小熊把他棕色的头伸进黑洞里。

He found some honey, but he found some bees, too.

他发现了一些蜂蜜，但他也发现了一些蜜蜂。

All at once a bee stung Little Bear on his black nose.

突然，一只蜜蜂在小熊的黑鼻子上叮了一下。

"Oh,my! Oh,my!" he cried. I will climb down.

“哦,我的天!哦,我的天!”他喊道。我要爬下去。

So he went down the tree and ran home to his mother.

于是他爬下树，跑回家找妈妈。

My,my!" said Mother Bear. "What a big, big nose you have!"

哎呀，哎呀!”熊妈妈说。“你的鼻子可真大啊!”

Then Little Bear told his mother about the honey tree.

小熊把蜂蜜树的事告诉了妈妈。

He told her about the bees, too.

他还告诉了她蜜蜂的事。

Mother Bear laughed and laughed.

熊妈妈笑了又笑。

"You funny little bear!" she said.“

你这只有趣的小熊!”她说。

"The next time you want honey you must ask me how to get it."

“下次你想吃蜂蜜的时候，你得问我怎么弄到。”

Then she put something cold on his big,big nose.

然后她把冷东西放在他的大鼻子上。

And soon Little Bear was asleep.

小熊很快就睡着了。
