本次专题，我们隆重推出中意建交56周年文化交流艺术形象大使。他们以艺术为介，融东方意境与西方雅韵于一体，以匠心作品传递文明共生之美，以赤诚担当续写两国友好佳话。

Preface
On the occasion of the 56th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy, the two ancient civilizations of the East and West are composing a new chapter of cultural integration. The thousand-year-old Silk Road has been a bond of friendship, and the dialogue between ancient and modern times has continued the friendship. Art has always been a solid bridge connecting the hearts of the two peoples and enhancing mutual appreciation between civilizations.
In this special feature, we proudly introduce the Cultural Exchange Art Ambassadors for the 56th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy. They use art as a medium, integrating Eastern artistic conception with Western elegance, conveying the beauty of civilized coexistence through their masterful works, and continue to write the story of friendship between the two countries with sincerity and commitment.
They are the guardians of Chinese cultural heritage and the practitioners of Sino-Italian cultural exchanges. 鲍明河，男，汉族，1953年2月，山东省肥城人，中国共产党员，1975年入党。本人爱好音乐，笛子，酷爱书法30多年，重点学习欧阳询、王羲之书法，现为高级书法师，中国书画家协会会员，中央国家机关书法家协会会员，中华书画家研究会艺术委员会专家顾问，中国书画交易中心润格评估处特约艺术顾问，人民书画报理事会主席，文旅数字资源库首席艺术主席。

Bao Minghe, male, Han nationality, born in February 1953 in Feicheng, Shandong Province, is a Member of the Communist Party of China, having joined the Party in 1975. He has a passion for music and the flute, and has been deeply interested in calligraphy for over 30 years, focusing on studying the calligraphy of Ouyang Xun and Wang Xizhi. He is currently a senior calligraphy master, a member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the Central Government Calligraphers Association, an expert advisor to the Art Committee of the China Calligraphers and Painters Research Association, a special art advisor to the Runge Evaluation Department of the China Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Center, the chairman of the board of directors of the People's Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and the chief art chairman of the Cultural Tourism Digital Resource Library.

In July 2025, he was featured on the official website of the national red-walled publication "Chinese Talents". In August, he was included in the large-scale art exhibition "Artistic Leaders. National Masters", showcasing outstanding representatives in the field of Chinese culture and art. In September, he was awarded the honorary title of "Artist of the Republic". He was also honored with the title of "Top-tier Artist of Red Wall National Heritage in China". In 2025, he was recognized as a representative figure for adhering to principles and innovating in the Chinese art world, and as a cultural leader and helmsman. 在中华文脉绵延不息的长河中，总有一些艺术家以毕生之力坚守传统、深耕艺坛，用笔墨书写时代，以匠心传承经典。鲍明河先生便是这样一位德艺双馨、成就卓著的艺术大家。他生于1953年2月，山东肥城人，作为一名有着数十年党龄的中国共产党员，他将家国情怀、文化使命与艺术追求融为一体，在音乐与书法的艺术世界里深耕不辍，走出了一条震撼人心、光耀时代的艺术之路。
鲍明河先生自幼浸润于齐鲁大地深厚的文化沃土，崇文尚艺的家风与地域文脉，在他心中种下艺术的种子。他热爱音乐，尤擅笛子，悠扬的笛声里藏着对生活的热爱与对美的追求。而书法，更是成为他生命中不可分割的挚爱。三十余载寒暑交替，他心无旁骛、潜心临池，将全部热忱倾注于笔墨之间。他取法高古，深耕欧阳询的严谨端庄、王羲之的潇洒飘逸，在历代名家的笔墨精髓中汲取养分，于点画之间锤炼功力，在章法布局中体悟神韵。日复一日的临习、年复一年的沉淀，让他的书法兼具古法之严谨与个性之灵动，笔力苍劲浑厚，气韵生动流畅，既有庙堂之气的庄重，又有文人风骨的清雅，形成了独具一格的艺术风貌。
